| We are proud to offer a very extensive summer program. We are going to offer a full menu of Camps, Clinics, lessons, and leagues for all ages. All of these programs will be at the MAC in Lewisville near I-35 and Corporate Drive (near Vista Ridge Mall). Click Here for map. Links to all Registration Forms are in each respective program. Dallas Synergy Camps

The Volleyball Camps will emphasize the fundamental elements of the skills required for all levels of volleyball players to succeed. Each camp will be 4 days of instruction (Mon-Thur). Camp Session 1- June 15-18 Elementary Camp is from 9:00am to 11:00am In the Elementary and Middle School Camps, players will work on all skills: serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking, and defense. Each day certain skills will be emphasized and will culminate with a competitive game where points are earned based on the “skill of the day.” In the High School Camp, players will have the opportunity to work specifically at one position or to touch on several. All players will have the opportunity to work on serving, passing, defense, and hitting. A high level middle school player may choose to enroll in the high school camp. The Elite Camp will include 45-50 minutes of volleyball-specific speed, agility, and jump training each day. There will be more emphasis on defensive and offensive systems. This is definitely the camp for JV, Varsity, and High School Club Players. If the camp you apply for is full, then you will be placed on a waiting list for that camp. All camp places will be awarded based on the date the registration was received. Your status for enrollment will be confirmed via a chart on our website under “Camps.” The cost for the All-Skills Camp is $150. This includes volleyball instruction, video analysis of serve for middle school players and video analysis of attack for high school players and a T-shirt. |
