USAV-NTR Registration:
The USAV-North Texas Region (NTR) has introduced a new method of registering for club volleyball this year. Although it may seem like it's just a few forms and mailing in a check, you will need to allow enough time for your application and check to be processed by NTR. Essentially, the player is going to register directly through NTR rather than through the respective Clubs as has been done in years past.
All players must do the following before showing up at any tryouts:
1. Complete the on-line registration process.

2. Send in your Registration Fees to the Region. *Do this as soon as possible so the region has time to process*

3. Receive an e-mail from the region stating you are registered and your payment has been received.
Print and bring a copy of this e-mail to tryouts
List of Items to Bring to Tryouts (or PTO if you want the $10 credit)
1. The e-mail from NTR that was received by successfully completing the steps outlined above and verifying that they received your payment..
2. Medical Release Form (Click Here to download). No need to be notarized.
3. Dallas Synergy Release Waiver and Limitation of Liability (Click Here to Download). This form is different than the waiver required for clinics.
4. Tryout Fee - $60 - check made out to Dallas Synergy, or cash
