Please E-mail Forrest to be added to the list for the PTO Clinic. You may show up at the clinic without having e-mailed, but we'd like to have an idea as to the number of players so we may staff it accordingly.
Please plan to arrive at least 15-minutes early to check-in. All clinics are at Coppell Middle School - North except 16/17/18.
Cost: $10 or Free - If you come to the PTO Clinic and go ahead and register for tryouts and pay the tryout fee, then the PTO Clinic is free. You'll need to visit the Registration Page to see all that is entailed in doing this (it will have to be done anyway if you plan to tryout for Synergy or ANY club this season). Whichever arrangement you choose to make, you may pay the night of the PTO Clinic. Refunds will not be issued if a player chooses later not to tryout.
If this is the first Dallas Synergy function that you've attended, you'll also need to submit a Waiver. This may be turned-in the night of the clinic.
